At Come Home, we don’t just talk about your symptoms — we help you transform the patterns underneath them.
Our work integrates:
Nervous system regulation
Subconscious repatterning
Somatic (body-based) healing
Family Systems Theory
Internal Family Systems Therapy (Parts Work)
Structural Family Therapy
Bowen Family Therapy
Attachment-based healing
Earth-based and spiritual frameworks (when aligned)
This allows us to work at the level where lasting change actually happens — your body, your nervous system, and your subconscious mind.
Many of our clients come to us after feeling like: “I’ve done therapy… but I’m still stuck in the same patterns.”
-
We specialize in supporting women navigating:
Midlife transitions and identity shifts
Perimenopause and menopause-related emotional and nervous system changes
Chronic stress and trauma healing
Anxiety and nervous system dysregulation
Burnout and high-functioning overwhelm
Life transitions (career, relationships, purpose)
Subconscious patterns limiting them from evolving into their next level
Our work is especially powerful for women who think to themselves: “Something deeper is happening… and I can’t think my way out of it.”
-
Perimenopause and midlife are not just physical transitions — they are physiological transitions and identity transitions.
Many women experience:
Increased anxiety or emotional sensitivity
Mood swings or overwhelm
Burnout and exhaustion
A loss of identity or direction
A deep desire for change or realignment
Therapy can help you:
Regulate your nervous system during these shifts
Process emotional and subconscious patterns that are surfacing
Reconnect with your body, intuition, and sense of self
Navigate this season with clarity, grounding, and self-trust
-
Subconscious repatterning helps you shift the deeply ingrained patterns that drive your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
These patterns often form early in life and may show up as:
People-pleasing
Over-responsibility
Anxiety or hypervigilance
Difficulty setting boundaries
Repeating relationship patterns
In our work, we combine somatic therapy, parts work, nervous system regulation, and Ericksonian hypnosis to help your system experience something new—not just understand it intellectually. This is how patterns actually change.
-
Anxiety and burnout are not just mental — they are physiological states in the nervous system.
If your system is stuck in survival mode, you may experience:
Racing thoughts
Chronic lower back, jaw, neck, or shoulder pain
Chronic tension
Chronic fatigue
Brain fog
Emotional overwhelm
Constipation
Irritability and/or emotional reactivity
Difficulty relaxing or feeling present, even when it’s safe to do so
We help your body learn how to:
Come out of survival states
Increase its capacity to flexibly move between stressed and relaxed states
Feel safe slowing down
Return to a regulated, grounded baseline

We do not accept insurance. However, we can email you a superbill (this is a fancy name for a therapy session receipt), which you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
To find out if you are eligible for reimbursement, call the number on the back of your insurance card, tell them you want to see a therapist who charges $300 per session, give them the CPT code 90837, and ask them the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage?
Am I able to use these benefits for telehealth?
Do I have an out-of-network deductible that I have to meet or do I receive a certain amount of money off each therapy session?
If I have a deductible, how much of my deductible has been met this year?
Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out of network?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement?
How long does it take for me to receive reimbursement?
